Let Me Make it Right with a Return or Exchange 

I want you to fall in love with your next retro look and am here to help you find the right fit. I strongly suggest you emial with sizing questions, but utilize the sizing guide alongside your measurements to find the best fit.

Orders can be exchanged only up to 14 days after receipt. This means you must contact me within 14 calendar days for an exhange to be accepted. To initiate an exchange for a different size of the same dress please email me at the contact link and detail the order date, item and what size you require. 

Return shipping is paid by the buyer if the reason for the exchange is due to needing a different size. The Stitch will only cover return shipping in the event we are in error in shipping. 

Items received as part of a Stitch Squad membership can only be exchanged for size. The dress style or print is not an accepted exchange reason as the Squad is a Mystery shipment and those terms are accepted when joining. In order to avoid receiving items you will not like be sure to complete the style quiz sent to you no later than March 1 of the year you joined Squad.
