Let Me Make it Right with a Return or Exchange
I want you to fall in love with your next retro look and am here to help you find the right fit. I strongly suggest you message with sizing questions, but utilize the sizing guide alongside your measurements to find the best fit.
Orders can be returned up to 14 days after receipt. To initiate a return please email me at the contact link and detail the order date, item and why you are returning. Items that are accepted outside of 14 day window are on a case by case basis and are refunded as a store credit based on the items current selling price, minus a 20% restocking fee. Not all items will be accepted outside of this window so please be sure to email prior to return shipping.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Should the buyer wish to exhange I will ship the new item to them as a courtesy twice in a calendar year. After two exchanges buyers will be responsible for paying shipping costs incurred to send their new item to them.
If a customer intends to place an additional order, exchanged items can be added to that order free of charge.
All items returned without an exchange will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from their total store credit. Please see above instructions if items are outside of the 14 day return window.
